Well, I've decided it's definitely time to get back to some serious work. Tonight I listed the first new outfit since November, and it's a relief to have it done! Maybe now I can really get back in the swing of creating and out of this funk I've sunk into since Christmas. Don't be mistaken in thinking I've been doing nothing all this time...I've had several orders to complete and one huge wholesale order to get out. It's just that it's all going so slowly, and I've been unable to create new items in the meantime. Besides, my sister says that Marli Claire must have new clothes immediately! So it's off to work I go...

ReplyDeleteHi, I found your 'work' via a flickr link on Patty Young's site and just wanted to say you are sooo talented, your stuff is beautiful. I bought a machine and started making clothes for my 6yr old about 3 months ago. My favourite thing so far being a 2 layered 'ruffled skirt' using Andalucia fabric. I guess, I'm curious to know how you learned to make such beautiful clothes? Do you use patterns? Did you have any training? I hope you don't mind me asking?
